The company is installed with a machine capacity to produce 3000 to 4500 pieces of basic garments, 2500 to 3000 pieces of fashion styles and 1500 pieces of hi-fashion styles per day

Fabric Finishing
Identifying the processing technics is a critical area for fabric quality, Milestone has in place a sophisticated set-up of facilities for Yarn-Dyeing, Fabric Dyeing, Garment Dyeing, Pigment Padding, Bio-Wash, Softening etc., the expertise of which is reflected on every garment manufactured.
Fabric finishing is an important activity, which ensures the stability of a garment. Milestone offers Compacting, Mercerising, Stentering and Raising to provide you the best feel and finish of the fabrics.
Printing
Milestone has a long and established manufacturing capability for Pigment, Plastisol, Reactive, Foam, Discharge, Non-PVC, Flock, Glitter, Sticker, Combo prints, All types of all over prints etc.
Embroidery
Embroidery is an area, which defines a garment presentation. Milestone is a trendsetter on embroidered garments, with its sophisticated embroidery facilities. Be it logo, chest or all over embroidery, we at Milestone have a history of experience to match your requirements.
Garmenting
Garmenting of course is the nerve centre to Milestone's operations. With its installed capacity to produce 3000 to 4500 pieces of basic garments, 2500 to 3000 pieces of fashion styles and 1500 pieces of hi-fashion styles per day, Milestone services its customers worldwide, with a constant strive to Total Quality Management.
Finishing
Each and every garment is passed through stringent quality checks to ensure delivery of a quality garment. Garments are finally pressed by high-tech vacuum pressing and packed to reach the destinations on time.

The fabric ranges include Single Jersey, Pique, All types of Ribs, Interlock, Fleece, All types of Jacquard, Yarn Dyed striped fabrics including Autostripers, Terry and Velour.
Process:
Pigment Dyeing and Silicon Fabric wash, Reactive Prints and all types of washings which include Bio Enzyme wash, Golf Ball wash etc.,
Prints:
Eco friendly Pigment Prints, Plastisol Prints with various finishings, High Density, Glitter, Foam, Spray, Discharge and Reacive Prints, Transfer Foil Prints, Sand Blast.
Trims:
Polyester wading, Fabric Applique, Beads and Sequence work, PVC/Rubber/ Puff Badges, Beads and hand embroidered works.
